Nearly doubled the 165 which would have been a pb. The aim of this cycle for strict press was to hit 97.5 and I managed 100 for a double so just having fun with that in my last session going for 105. | ||

Wooooooo Deadlift Bar x 10 Done til comp now. Weigh in Tuesday and lift Wednesday. Gpc Europeans 100kg juniors | ||
