BenchWhore said:Btw how much a single ply shirt can add with some practice? 20kg?

I used to be on 160ish raw at my best and hit a comfortable 190kg in a rage-x that was torn and had been abused previously. I'm certain (and regretful) I would have hit 200kg if I'd gone back to the warm-up room. I used the shirt for 6 weeks leading up to the comp.

Cool man if you have a used f6 42-44 I'd be glad to take it.
Never heard about an open back blast, how do you compare it with an f6?

It's not as tight as an f6, but it will help you learn things such as jacking the collar of the shirt down to get a more "aggressive" shirt, or pulling it up to get lighter weights to touch.

Great advice man, f6 seems the way to go then especially with an arch.
I have 42" chest and 15-16" arms should I look for a size 44?

I actually think I have some shirts that might fit. I had exactly the same measurements as you. Will see if I have my F6 at home. I sold the katana and the rage-x is too nostalgic to let go.

Will you settle for an open back EHPHD?

Harsh!

Truth hurts at times. But seriously, a double ply overkill bench shirt on a 120kg bench is.... too much.

Last time I tested my 1rm was 120, but might be more since the other variations increased as well

I'd say get a stronger bench and change the user name.

Single ply rage-x or f6 or katana a/s if you arch.
Single ply rage, fury, or katana s/s if you don't arch.

I don't think you would from the violation itself, but maybe from trying to clean it and rubbing and checking it quite possibly. Let's hope not. I wonder if bigfoots suffer from the common cold or tonsillitis ?

Would the plural of Bigfoot be Bigfoots, or would it be a herd of Bigfeet?

There's a tiny lump on said bicep. Pretty sure I've actually torn the thing.
